Ehafi is an app discovery platform designed to help users locate and learn about applications that are hosted on Google Play. The Service curates information, metadata, and links to Google Play listings. Ehafi does not host, sell, or distribute apps directly, nor does it guarantee the availability, security, or content of third-party apps. Any interaction with third-party content is governed by the terms provided by the applicable third party and Google Play.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and underlying code (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Ehafi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service, provided you do not remove, alter, obscure, or modify any proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited without Ehafi’s prior written consent. Trademarks and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without their express written permission.

Third-Party Links and Apps

The Service may include links or references to third-party websites, services, or apps, including Google Play listings for the apps discussed or referenced on Ehafi. Ehafi does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms of service, privacy practices, or the security of any third-party sites or apps. Because the apps referenced by Ehafi are hosted on Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that Google Play’s terms of service and privacy policy govern your use of those apps, and Ehafi bears no liability arising from your use of such third-party content. Your interactions with third parties, including any purchases or downloads, are solely between you and the third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EHAFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. EHAFI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. EHAFI DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING APP INFORMATION OR LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES OR SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EHAFI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL EHAFI’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO EHAFI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) CALENDAR MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DORTS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ehafi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ehafi operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms. If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Ehafi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

Ehafi reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via the contact information on file. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, discontinue use of the Service.
